Sharon C. True

Sharon C. True, 63, of River Drive in Stanford, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Fort Logan Hospital. Born July 14, 1951 in Fayette County, she was a daughter of Joseph Crane of Lancaster and the late Dorothy Spencer Crane.  She had been an apartment manager and a manager at the Dix River Country Club.

Surviving other than her father include her son, Paul True of Nicholasville,  three grandchildren, Paul True, Jr, Ethan & Sophia True, a brother David Crane of San Angelo, TX. And a sister, Charlotte Crane of Winchester, VA.

Sharon’s request for cremation rites have been honored at this time. A memorial service will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Ramsey Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2:00 – 3:00 PM  Friends and family may leave condolences or special memories on her tribute page at

    My condolences to my cousins family on behalf of the curtis family. You will be missed but never forgotten and always loved. I wish i could be there, however we are in austin, tx. My prayers and thoughts are with you Paul and those babies….and the ret of her family. R.I.P.

    We will cherish you through our many memories as your father, sister, and brother. You will be missed so much. Your sense of humor always kept us laughing. Thank you for that. Know that Wubbins is in the loving care of Jennifer.

    Sharon was a sweet person who I remember from as far back as junior high school. I am sorry to hear of her passing and pray that Mr. Crane, Charlotte, David and the rest of her family will be comforted.

    Sharon and I were together the night I met my husband. We had many great times together. She loved her grand kids and wubbins very much. We just found out. We are saddened and have fond memories of her. Our prayers are with the family
